Following is a cross-section of a large Bible (use your imagination - Matthew is on to far left and Revelation is to the right). Using your mouse pointer, slowly move across the pages until you find the book displayed in the find box. Once you find the correct book, click on it to start looking for the next book. Your average search time will be displayed under the Bible along with several search aids that can be toggled on or off. If you are having a tough time finding a book, use the directional arrow located under the Bible to guide you in the correct direction. Press refresh to restart.
When I first designed this page I made each book of the Bible its actual size. This made it very difficult for users to locate small books such as 2 John which occupy less than 0.1% of the Bible. To make finding books easier, this page assumes small books occupy at least 1% of the Bible. The change tends to shift most books a little to the left. However since I have not included a place for study aids or indexes, which usually fall to the right, the placement of books should still be close.
